Pedestal quero (qero, kero) with musicians
- CULTURE:
- Inca (Inka)
- DATE:
- 17th–18th century
General Description
This pedestal cup resembles the Spanish-style goblet, and this form became incorporated into the repertoire of Andean quero designs. The wide-brim hats worn by the figures on this pedestal cup suggest its production within the late 17th and early 18th centuries.
