General Description
"For me, the process of experiencing a physical reflection is very similar to the process of reflecting on an idea."
—Josiah McElheny
Josiah McElheny places handblown mirrored glass objects on top of a mirrored table to create a totally reflective environment. The mass and reflections of the objects in the mirror form an abstract, shadowless landscape in which the foreground and background, form and space, become one spectacular whole.
